1. Issue involving system specs and processor performance, version of Windows, and also if other VB.Net or .Net Framework applications are running at the same time, they use similar shared files which can lag the browser. 

2. This is a simple scaling problem we did not into account when designing the browser. We will fix this within a few days. Please visit the site later for more information. You may need to re-install the browser. We apologize for this.
